Audition to join us for the 2024-2025 season! Rehearse and perform alongside motivated and dedicated student musicians just like yourself. Music of Tchaikovsky, Mahler, Debussy, Frescobaldi, Respighi, John Williams, and Bach are tentatively scheduled for Season 1. We are also in negotiations with area professional musicians to perform on our series of concerts! (More information to follow!)
It's simple, easy and quick to audition for Ad Astra! Just three easy steps.
Our goal is for you, the student, to put your best playing ability forward. Audition requirements are determined through our musical and education advisory team. These requirements are designed to "meet the student where they are at."
1. Register to audition by clicking the link above.
Once we receive your registration you will be sent an email with video submission information.
2. Using a smart phone, camera, computer, etc. video record yourself playing the three assigned requirements in your packet. You can record as many takes as you like. You can even use a video/recording that you might already have. No need to record something new.
3. Following the directions in your packet and submit your audition videos. Need extra time or modifications? Just email information@adastrakc.org

Audition results will be emailed by May 20, 2024. Students will receive tuition and season registration materials at that time. Please check our Tuition and Requirements page for information.
